Because our products are custom-manufactured specifically for you, we do not offer "Change of Mind" returns or size exchanges. We urge you to refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

We will replace your item if:

The product is physically damaged or defective.
The print quality is noticeably flawed.
The item received is different from what you ordered (wrong size/color).

How to claim:

Please email us at support@canvelsroyal.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect and the packaging label. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at zero cost to you.
